Indoor Open

Traditional indoor track and field events for athletes of all ages, comprising:-
Long Jump, High Jump, Shot.
60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m.

Many of the events are over-subscribed, so being able to enter on the day for the Track and Field is unlikely. Details of entries and closed events will be published on this site near the date. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Directions and a map to the stadium can be found here. Please note that E.I.S. levy a £4.50 charge for using their car parks. There is limited free parking on surrounding streets, but this may be difficult, depending on any other events in the vicinity.

Outdoor Open

Graded, traditional track and field events for able-bodied and disability athletes of all ages, Events change from year to year, so check entry forms for details - but include:-
100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, High Jump, Long Jump, Shot, Discus, Javelin, Pole Vault
plus specific disabilty events of
50m Walk, 50m Run, 100m Run, 200m Run, 100m Race Run, 200m Race Run, Standing Long Jump, Running Long Jump, Turbo Javelin, Shot, Soft Ball Throw.

Many of the events are over-subscribed, so being able to enter on the day for the Track and Field CANNOT be guaranteed. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Directions and a map to the stadium can be found here. Please note that the Blue car park is unavailable and the small Red car park is for permit holders.only. There is plenty of free street parking available around the Red and Yellow car parks.
